Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role will be instrumental in driving our sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

  1. Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  5. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  6. Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Conduct sales forecasting and contribute to budgeting processes.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
  10. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  4. Strong understanding of sales strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and business intelligence tools.
  7. Advanced presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience in the Middle Eastern market, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
  9. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian business landscape, culture, and market dynamics.
  10. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  11. Sales management certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Leader) are advantageous.
  12. Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
