Asset Manager duties and responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain an asset management plan for the organization's assets.
2. Ensure that all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as necessary.
3. Manage and oversee the acquisition, disposal, and transfer of assets.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to asset management.

Asset Manager requirements and qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as an Asset Manager or similar role.

3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
4. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
