Title: Assets and Liabilities Management and Capital Reporting Manager

Core Responsibilities:

1. Control regulatory management information and maintaining a robust reporting structure.
2. Take responsibility for the preparation and analysis of regulatory MI and activity cycle, ensuring that data extracted from source systems is accurately, timely, and meaningfully reflected in the regulatory reports.
3. Segment RWA's and embed RWA's in the business through educating segment finance managers on the most efficient use of capital.
4. Take ownership of control and procedure manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date for major changes to processes.
5. Timely preparation and review of regulatory and management reports.
6. Ensure timely preparation, analysis, and issuance of Basel returns for SAMA (per SAMA guidelines).
7. Ensure timely preparation, analysis, and issuance of risk-weighted assets of the bank for senior management meetings, including risk-weighted assets by line of business and currency, capital adequacy reports, and Pillar 3 quantitative and qualitative disclosures.
8. Produce finance inputs for the annual SAB ICAAP document.
9. Timely preparation and review of HSBC Group reports with commentary.
10. Ensure various periodic reports, including the CCR, FSA reports, and Pillar 3 disclosures, are prepared, analyzed, and reviewed by the line manager and sent to HSBC Group on a timely basis.
11. Effectively communicate and assist in preparing responses to HSBC Group.
12. Attend meetings with Group to discuss system/reporting related issues.
13. Undertake implementation of key Basel projects involving significant enhancements.
14. Assist in implementing projects such as FERMAT for improved and more accurate reporting of RWAs across the bank.

Qualification and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
2. Around 5 years of experience, with a preferred 3 years in a relevant role.
