Big Fish Consult in Makkah, Saudi Arabia seeks an Asset Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end operational performance of its asset portfolio. You will drive activation, readiness, and value creation across assets while coordinating internal teams, third-party operators, and authorities.

The role requires 15+ years in asset operations, a strong track record in governance, KPI development, budgeting, and risk management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in asset operations or asset-intensive environments.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing complex, multi-asset operational environments.
• Strong experience managing third-party operators, O&M contractors, service providers, and performance-based contracts.
• Demonstrated experience in asset performance management, operational readiness, activation, and business continuity.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, HSE, security, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
• Commercially astute, with budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and cost optimization experience.

• Lead end-to-end operational readiness, activation, and ongoing performance of all assets.
• Coordinate with operators, technical teams, and authorities to ensure activation and operation.
• Oversee daily operations to meet defined performance standards.
• Establish and improve operational standards, governance frameworks, and service delivery models.
• Drive asset reliability, efficiency, sustainability, lifecycle value, and customer experience.
• Ensure timely activation and operational readiness of assets in line with development plans.
• Lead the preparation of the annual operations budget and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure risk, safety, security, and business continuity protocols are in place.
