Job description

· Asset Valuation & Documentation: Assist in verifying and documenting assets across multiple project sites.

· Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates and reconcile expenses related to asset management.

· Inventory & Tracking: Maintain asset registers, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, equipment, and systems.

· Site Inspections: Conduct inspections to validate installed or stored assets against project documentation.

· Procurement & Lifecycle Management: Track asset life cycles, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.

· Compliance & Audits: Support internal audits and compliance checks concerning asset usage and inventory levels.

· Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with warehouse and logistics personnel to coordinate asset transfer, storage, and usage reports.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Experience: Proven 7+ yrs of experiences in asset management within infrastructure or construction projects and Gulf return are preferred

· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement strategies.

· Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel, cost estimation tools, and project management software.

· Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
