A leading company in the construction and civil engineering sector is seeking an experienced professional for asset management. The role involves tagging assets, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates should have a strong background in logistics or IT, with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
· QR Code Tagging: Perform physical tagging of assets using QR labels at various airport sites.
· Digital Inventory Management: Maintain a real-time digital record of tagged assets using handheld or mobile data capture tools.
· Asset Organization & Tracking: Assist in inventory organization within storage and warehouse areas, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
· Routine Verification & Audits: Conduct regular scanning and verification to confirm the location and condition of tagged items.
· Warehouse Logistics Support: Help manage the movement, placement, and documentationof tagged equipment and materials.
· Data Coordination: Work with asset surveyors and IT teams to ensure proper data entry into the asset management system.
· Discrepancy Reporting: Identify missing, damaged, or relocated assets and report findings to the project management team.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor, diploma or higher (preferred background in logistics, inventory management, or IT).
· Experience:Prior experience 7+ years in inventory control, asset management, or QR/RFID tagging is beneficial, GULF experience are preferred
· Technical Skills: Familiarity with QR code scanners, inventory software, and asset tracking systems.
· Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately tag, verify, and document assets in a fast-paced environment.
· Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to work with teams, warehouse staff, and project managers.
