Job description

Responsible for managing properties under Asset Management/Advisory Agreements. Assist in engaging with Operators across the Hospitality Asset portfolio, participating in discussions and negotiations related to Hotel Management Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, Brand License Agreements, and Branded Residences Agreements.

Description

  1. Manage the properties under the Asset Management/Asset Management Advisory Agreements (AMAs).
  2. Report on the progress of pre-opening/opening activities of assets under AMAs, including monthly performance indicators such as financial performance and other relevant metrics.
  3. Assist with Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) discussions, negotiations, and formalization of agreements. Help identify potential brands and operators for unallocated sites.
  4. Hold operating partners accountable to maintain high standards of service, quality, and profitability.
  5. Foster strong relationships with partners for each asset.
  6. Implement best practices for property management to support the growth of asset value.
  7. Monitor the financial performance of assigned assets against the approved budget, identify areas of improvement, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  8. Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to maintain operational excellence in line with regulatory requirements.

Profile

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in Asset Management with a focus on hospitality projects. Strong leadership and management skills are required.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Additional professional certification is a plus. 15+ years of experience in hospitality management or related fields. Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
