Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading group of companies in KSA – NEOM PROJECT (The line).

Position : Assistant Integrity Manager

Location : Saudi Arabia

Project Name : NEOM PROJECT (The line)

Role Purposes

To ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of assets within NEOM Operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to maintain and enhance the integrity of equipment and associated infrastructure throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
  • Implement risk-based inspection strategies, analyze data for condition assessment, conduct life extension studies, and coordinate maintenance activities to optimize asset performance and prevent unplanned outages.
  • Manage technical documentation, ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and provide technical expertise for asset investments and replacements.
  • Develop and implement an asset integrity management system (AIMS), including risk assessment methodologies, inspection and maintenance plans, data management procedures, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze asset risks, failure modes, and consequences for critical assets, prioritizing risks based on safety, reliability, and compliance impacts.
  • Develop and oversee inspection and maintenance programs to minimize risks and extend asset lifespan.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by staying updated on industry standards and legal requirements related to asset integrity.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, operations teams, and regulators, regarding asset integrity risks, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to compliance.
  • Knowledge of utility-specific assets such as power plants, transformers, switchgear, pumps, motors, and water treatment facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation and trend identification.
  • Effective planning and scheduling of inspections, maintenance, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
  • Experience managing asset integrity projects within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset integrity management; experience in the utilities sector is preferred.
  • Proven success in implementing asset integrity programs, achieving performance improvements and cost savings.
  • Experience supervising and motivating technical staff.
  • Familiarity with CAFM applications, asset management software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems is beneficial.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in Asset Integrity Management preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
