Qualifications

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Measuring and scanning pump assembly
  2. Performing field service activities at customer sites
  3. Packaging pump units, including alignment, base plate marking, drilling, and tapping
  4. Dismantling, inspecting, and making repair recommendations for single and multi-stage HP Pumps
  5. Occasionally assisting with field service activities at customer locations
  6. Working with QA to develop service and repair procedures
  7. Developing technical and product knowledge to assist customers with their requirements

Position Requirements:

Education: Preferable technical graduate or diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Experience: At least 5 years in rotating equipment, preferably pumps

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret international standards, customer specifications, and technical procedures
  • Knowledge of pump technology
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of corrective action processes
  • Experience with centrifugal pumps or rotating equipment
  • Hands-on experience in service, repair, and overhaul
  • Ability to execute duties with limited supervision
