We are looking for an experienced and innovative Art Director to oversee the design process and ensure alignment with vision and marketing objectives. The Art Director will lead the creative direction and oversee the execution of various design projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the creative process by developing concepts and guiding junior designers.
2. Coordinate with the Branding Manager to confirm marketing objectives.
3. Design and implement creative graphics projects on time and within budget.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in leading design teams and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
