Job Purpose:
BAE Systems, as the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor, provides equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia, including maintenance of RSAF aircraft and training RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel in aircraft, equipment, and weapons usage. The company is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda, Saudisation, and the development of Saudi National capabilities through partnerships.
Recruitment Specification:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Military Aircraft Weapons Maintenance) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum IELTS score of 5.0 overall, and 5.0 in speaking and listening, especially for non-native speakers.
- Graduate of an advanced military trade school or EASA Part 147 training establishment with at least 5 years of practical experience with aircraft armament systems.
- Recognised formal instructor qualification.
- At least 2 years of recent teaching/instructional experience.
- Familiarity with DCAE Cosford Syllabus is desirable.
- Ability to deliver course material clearly in English.
