Responsibilities
- Identify and work to achieve meaningful and practical objectives that reflect and satisfy the needs of the section and wider business.

- Communicate effectively by sharing information and listening to others' views and expectations.

- Be proactive and adaptable to the role's duties and business needs.
- Complete all mandatory and developmental training as deemed necessary.
- Participate actively in the Performance and Development Review (PDR) process.
- Maintain standards of behavior and performance as per company policy.
- Lead specialist training functions and conduct specialist training supporting TSI.
- Ensure the welfare of students during training and monitor their progress towards objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver training courses aligned with customer needs, including research, writing, validation, and practical training supervision.
Job Requirements
- A City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Military Aircraft Weapons Maintenance) or equivalent.
- For non-native English speakers, a standard of English as appropriate, with IELTS minimum overall score of 5.0, and speaking/listening bands of 5.0.
- Graduate of an advanced military trade school or EASA Part 147 training establishment with 5 years of practical experience in aircraft armament systems.
- A recognized formal instructor qualification.
- At least 2 years of recent teaching/instructional experience.
- Familiarity with a Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering (DCAE) Cosford Syllabus is desirable.
- Ability to deliver course material clearly in appropriate English.
