A leading company is seeking a Sales Leadership professional to develop and implement sales strategies across multiple stores. The role involves team management, market analysis, performance oversight, and fostering strong client relationships. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and expertise in training and management.
Sales Leadership:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
o Monitor sales performance across stores, providing guidance and support.
o Drive sales and align KPIs with business goals.
o Ensure the region meets set targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
o Conduct frequent weekly store visits along with weekly rota and area manager visit reports to execute effective sales drives.
o Monitor and update sales data hourly and daily.
o Conduct sales analysis and establish feedback mechanisms on business performance.
o Share store impact reports weekly.
o Ensure sampling processes are followed across all stores as per scheduled timings.
o Ensure testers and damages processes are followed 100% without fail.
Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and mentor store management teams.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual goals.
o Develop and implement departmental and individual objectives, KPIs, and manage performance reviews and appraisals quarterly or annually.
o Schedule regular reviews (monthly, quarterly) to assess KPI performance.
o Use dashboards for visual data representation and interpretation.
o Share KPI results with employees and involve them in performance discussions.
o Monitor staff rotation and individual performance.
o Rotate staff based on performance, including shop in-charge.
o Provide specific training on selling skills and customer service.
Market Analysis:
o Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
o Adjust strategies based on the competitive landscape and sales data.
o Stay updated with competitor activities, product launches, and market trends; analyze their impact and devise counter-strategies.
o Implement action plans based on customer feedback mechanisms.
Inventory and Merchandising:
o Ensure optimal inventory levels and effective visual merchandising in collaboration with the Area VM and VM Head – GCC.
o Collaborate on promotional events and product launches.
o Adhere strictly to inventory processes, including stock receiving, inter-store transfers, and FIFO.
o Follow damage and shrinkage policies diligently.
o Manage new product launches, promotional campaigns, and product management to increase revenue and brand visibility.
o Follow product display guidelines and launch procedures.
o Coordinate with regional inventory teams for stock support.
Administrative Duties:
o Conduct monthly shop audits and report findings to RSM.
o Ensure full implementation of company policies, procedures, and manuals.
o Follow HQ communications and adhere to all guidelines and policies without deviation.
Relationship Building:
o Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners.
o Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team.
o Negotiate cost-effectively with mall partners.
