What You'll Do
The Area Sales Manager will support and generate STANLEY sales from Channel Partners in the Trade in Saudi Arabia. The role involves setting and meeting sales targets for a specific territory, managing commercial objectives, developing communication strategies to strengthen relationships with trade partners, managing operational market requirements, presenting to key accounts, exploring new distribution channels, and implementing market-driven actions.

He will be responsible for driving product promotions, brand management, maintaining merchandising standards, and developing sales projects to acquire customers, enhance branding, and POS communication across channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales through partners in Saudi Arabia, ensuring achievement of targets (monthly, quarterly, annually) via effective sales strategies and activities.
  • Identify additional opportunities for product and distribution channel expansion.
  • Develop and participate in sales and promotion programs for market penetration and growth.
  • Liaise with Distributors to ensure order fulfillment to dealers.
  • Monitor sales and market share, implementing strategies to address downturns.
  • Manage support agencies in campaign delivery.
  • Handle marketing support and promotional materials, developing channel-specific branding communication.
  • Monitor and control sales programs, executing projects for customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
  • Advise on suitable products for the market.
  • Drive customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company values in all activities.
What We Need
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer focus, key account management skills, team collaboration, planning and implementation skills, integrity, and high drive and enthusiasm. Experience in planning sales promotions, activations, merchandising, and relationship-building is essential, along with commercial awareness and market research skills.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, economics, sales, or marketing (MBA is a bonus), with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales distribution, channel execution, and administration.

Additional skills include excellent interpersonal, planning, organizational, communication, teamwork, coordination, and computer skills, with familiarity with e-commerce and social media platforms.

Key Relationships
Internal: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Dubai Product & Brand teams.
External: Senior executives within key accounts, channel partners.

Critical Incidents and Planning
Involves analysis of market data, sales review, strategic planning for sales targets, and effective organization and monitoring of sales activities.
