RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train sales representatives.

4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans.
6. Product Promotion: Ensure product knowledge and effective promotion.
7. Reporting: Provide regular sales performance updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales management within the food industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
6. Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
9. Knowledge of food safety regulations.
10. Experience with distributor management.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration.
2. Experience with specific product categories, e.g., frozen foods, dairy, beverages.
3. Existing network of contacts within the food industry.
