Job description

Job purpose:

Responsible for organizing a smooth and positive customer trip across all contact points. This includes leveraging technology and data to enhance customer satisfaction, managing communication centers, and promoting strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish operational plans for the region and contribute to developing regional operational strategies; supervise the implementation of activities within the region's branches.
2. Manage key operations related to vehicle rentals, oversee operations, maintenance, procurement, warehousing, sales (individual and business), and joint services within the region. Administer regional activities to meet company goals and expand market share. Supervise financial performance, daily operations, and strategic development to ensure regional success.
3. Prepare periodic reports on regional performance and submit proposals and recommendations for improvement.

Job functions:

1. Maximize regional income, achieve planned revenues within the approved budget, and reduce expenditures to meet profitability goals.
2. Collaborate with various departments to achieve regional objectives and support the company's overall goals.
3. Assess customer satisfaction levels, work on improving customer experience, and implement new procedures to enhance satisfaction rates.
4. Supervise operations to identify regional needs and coordinate with relevant departments to meet these needs.
5. Ensure all documents, licenses, and legal records are maintained and renewed as required.
6. Coordinate with Marketing and Public Relations regarding promotional materials in regional branches.
7. Oversee employee requests submitted through the technical resource system, ensuring proper approval and processing.
8. Participate in evaluating employee performance and onboarding new employees during their probation period.
9. Determine regional demand and monitor operational activities, including vehicle distribution across branches.
10. Propose new procedures to improve regional performance.
11. Supervise training programs for staff to enhance operational efficiency, in line with approved budgets and plans.

Requirements for the job:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Skills in project management, development, planning, analysis, sales, English language proficiency, computer literacy, professional communication, and quick response.

Experience: 3-5 years.
