Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia for their supermarket division.Our client is looking for an Area Managerto oversee and drive area sales operations. The role focuses on meeting strategic sales targets, leading store teams, managing budgets, and improving overall area performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set and control area sales goals; ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Recommend and approve promotional activities and discount strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and manage forecasts and budgets accordingly.
- Plan and execute customer-specific sales strategies.
- Evaluate sales performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive profitability through strategic planning and forecasting.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure functional sales effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and customers; resolve service issues.
- Manage annual capital and operating budgets.
- Ensure manpower availability aligns with business needs.
- Approve and oversee training programs to boost team efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on area sales performance for executive management.

Requirements- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within retail or FMCG.
