Job Summary: The Architectural Inspector is responsible for inspecting architectural elements of construction projects, ensuring that materials, finishes, and construction quality comply with design specifications, industry standards, and local regulations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a diploma in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, or individuals with prior experience in architectural inspection. Candidates must have previous experience working in Gulf countries to meet regional construction and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct detailed inspections of architectural finishes, facades, ceilings, flooring, doors, and windows to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Material & Workmanship Assessment: Verify that construction materials, coatings, and finishes align with approved specifications.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all architectural components adhere to local Gulf regulations, construction codes, and project standards.
• Site Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve discrepancies and maintain design integrity.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of inspection reports, material approvals, and non-compliance findings, suggesting corrective actions where needed.
• Safety & Regulations: Ensure all work complies with health and safety guidelines, preventing issues related to faulty design execution.
• Design Interpretation: Assist in clarifying architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications for on-site implementation.
