The Cooperative Trainee will be given an overview of ongoing projects and training to perform various architectural tasks. The primary coverage will be on the processes based on a two-month program.
Major Responsibilities:
Collaborative Trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of senior architects or engineers and will work closely with team leads and supervisors for day-to-day activities as follows:
- Students will be learning various systems and procedures which are used for architectural or related tasks.
- Collaborative Trainees would be provided training and will be expected to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports and participate in activities, including developing and utilizing databases.
- Shadowing and learning from experienced professionals in the field.
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
- Conducting research and analysis as required.
- Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to ongoing projects.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited college or university.
- Students must be in the final stages of graduation.
- Students should qualify to undergo the training as part of the university curriculum.
- Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of (2.5 out of 4) or (4 out of 5).
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability and flexibility and can maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress.
- Good academic background.
- Students must know the basic principles and practices of their subject area.
- Problem-solving, entering and verifying data, working knowledge of computers, standard software applications, and standard office equipment.
