Job Purpose

The Project Design Architect is responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for a range of building and infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design excellence, functionality, and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for projects.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using advanced engineering software.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integration.
• Review design specifications and ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements and propose design solutions.
• Participate in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, and design trends in architecture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project design, preferably in similar large-scale or commercial projects.
• Proficient in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
