About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and proficiency in architectural design software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop architectural designs and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
3. Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and material research.
4. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
5. Prepare 3D visualizations, presentations, and project reports.
6. Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for design integration.
7. Assist in sustainability and green building design initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other architectural software.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
4. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is preferred.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP, or architectural licensing) are a plus.
