Role Overview

The Architect will oversee architectural design for various asset types related to THE LINE, managing the full spectrum of design activities. This role involves leading specific project elements with minimal supervision, supporting the coordination of design consultants, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and budget, and designing neighborhoods covering approximately 500,000 m². This is a site-based role in KSA with NEOM.

REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate design management, including core real estate assets, façades, sustainability, and public realm.
  • Guide and review designs to meet project requirements.
  • Advise on design quality, creativity, and compliance.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and workshops.
  • Ensure adherence to design requirements, regulations, and KPIs.
  • Support interface coordination with the city, neighborhoods, and assets.
  • Collaborate with cost consultants to meet budget targets.
  • Manage design processes in line with project timelines and briefs.
  • Oversee completion of design registers and reviews.
  • Ensure design compliance and coordination across disciplines.
  • Coordinate with facilities management and ensure design quality and integration.

Experience:

  • Over 10 years of architectural design and management experience.
  • Experience across various architectural types and preferably in the Middle East.

Qualifications:

  • B.Arch or B.Sc in Architecture.
  • Postgraduate degree in Architecture.
  • International certifications (RIBA, AIA, etc.) and sustainability credentials (LEED, PQP, etc.).
