Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect & Interior Designer with expertise in both architectural and interior design, particularly in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate must have advanced experience in BIM, strong coordination skills across multiple disciplines, and the ability to manage the production of comprehensive working drawings. This role requires working on high-end hotel projects with top-tier operators, ensuring seamless architectural and interior integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural & Interior Design:

• Lead the development of architectural and interior designs, ensuring high standards and project compliance.
• Prepare and oversee the production of detailed working drawings for both architectural and interior design in BIM.
• Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards and operator requirements.

BIM & Coordination:

• Utilize BIM (LOD 300, LOD 400) for design modeling, documentation, and coordination with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.).
• Handle design coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Oversee and manage the preparation of shop drawings for architectural and interior design.

Project & Design Management:

• Oversee and manage the entire design process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with project goals.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to streamline project execution.
• Ensure that project documentation and deliverables meet high-end hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects (high-end hotels with leading operators).
• Advanced experience in BIM, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of design documentation, working drawings, and shop drawings preparation.
• Expertise in LOD 300 and LOD 400 development.
• Professional experience in coordinating across multiple disciplines and leading the design management process.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for coordination with international teams.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
