Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented GCC Architect Inspector to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.

We envisage success in this role to include:

1. Maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
2. Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
3. Submit shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
4. Ensure compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
5. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
6. Exhibit time management and task prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.

Luxury Fit-Out construction experience is essential.

GCC Nationals will be preferred.
