Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Perform on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of completion
  • Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and violations
  • Participate in meetings with project teams to discuss inspection results and necessary corrective actions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureEngineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection or a related field
  • Professional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification)
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Thorough understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with local and international building standards
  • Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the Riyadh area
