Qualifications

• Total 10 years of experience including 5 years in Infrastructural Projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction disciplines and specifications.
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction projects on site while ensuring quality and design compliance.
• Compile and approve contractor submittals; manage construction teams.
• Interface confidently with clients and manage contractual obligations.

Job description

Responsibilities:
• Architectural Engineer with a track record of delivering construction projects at site. Experience in Middle East and International markets will be a plus.
• Experience in all duties of Architect at site including checking & approving submittals by contractors, QA/QC of works, coordination between various disciplines/contractors to ensure construction quality and design compliance.
• Knowledge of international and local best practices and building codes in design and delivery of large scale projects.
• Confident in Client & Contractor interfacing, managing and coordinating with a team of specialists.
• Thorough knowledge of construction specifications. Knowledge of FIDIC and similar construction contracts will be an advantage.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Architectural Engineering with total 10 Years of experience including 5 years in Infrastructural Projects
• Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Architectural works
• Strong safety background
• Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of HOW TO
• Strong knowledge of cost management.
• Strong construction coordination knowledge.
• Driving license.
