We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect Engineer to join our dynamic PMO team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in project planning and execution, ensuring organization, coordination, and timely completion. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Facilitate communication between site teams, PMO, QC, and the technical design team; schedule and lead coordination meetings to address technical and operational issues.
  • Offer technical advice and problem-solving support to site and design teams; assist in resolving technical conflicts and discrepancies.
  • Collect and review site-specific requirements and ensure their accurate integration into project plans; monitor site conditions and update technical designs accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed records of technical requirements, decisions, and changes; prepare comprehensive reports for the PMO and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance of technical designs and implementations with standards and regulations; conduct quality checks and validation of outputs.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve clashes.
  • Knowledge in architectural fit-out & curtain wall systems.
  • Knowledge in MEP systems.
Role Accountability
  • Experience with SAP System.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Power BI.
  • Experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D & Revit.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience required: 3-10 years.
Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or a relevant field.
