A leading company in Jeddah is seeking an experienced architectural designer to provide design leadership in a dedicated team. The role involves coordinating with various teams, producing architectural drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes. Proficiency in Revit and previous experience in healthcare and commercial projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit is a MUST.
• Fluent in writing and conversational English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in designing healthcare facilities, hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership within a dedicated team.
• Coordinate with the architecture team and the STRUC - MEP team.
• Produce architecture drawings from the schematic phase through to the construction documents.

Responsibilities

1. Provide design leadership within a dedicated team, offering support, generating strong design ideas, and demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Coordinate with the architecture team and the STRUC - MEP team.
3. Coordinate between the design team, site team, and contractor.
4. Produce architecture drawings from the schematic phase through to the construction documents.
5. Assist the site team with replying to RFIs and conduct site visits when needed.
6. Review designs according to building codes and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit is a MUST.
• Proficiency in at least one modeling and rendering software.
• Portfolio or sample of work to be submitted.
• Fluent in writing and conversational English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in designing healthcare facilities, hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
