Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Architect Concept Design and Visualization to join our dynamic design team at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative architectural concepts, transforming ideas into detailed designs, and delivering compelling visual presentations that communicate the essence and vision of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development

• Generate original and forward-thinking architectural concepts that align with project goals and company vision.
• Prepare conceptual sketches, diagrams, and design narratives to explore design options.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inspire design innovation.

2. Architectural Design

• Translate concepts into comprehensive design solutions through detailed architectural drawings.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar to develop plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, sustainability, and code compliance standards.

3. Visualization and Rendering

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using tools like 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar.
• Develop presentation boards, mood boards, and visual storytelling materials for internal and client presentations.
• Continuously refine visualization techniques to enhance realism and impact.

4. Coordination and Collaboration

• Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, construction, and interior design to ensure integration of design intent.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and consultants.

5. Documentation and Compliance

• Prepare architectural documentation and support permit and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design and high-end visualization skills.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.
• Excellent creative thinking, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
