Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified architect.

This position requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills for use in a collaborative design environment, and the ability to assist planning and design multiple projects along with a team of architects.

The architect will work closely with senior architects and design leaders to contribute to the development of design packages, drawings, models, and documentation for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient and creatively driven individual who demonstrates a deep passion for architectural design and a strong commitment to innovation for thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to assist in preparing drawings, models, and renderings across various project types to achieve the required outcomes.
• Support the production of architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using industry-standard software.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and technical documents for internal reviews and client submissions.
• Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.

Skills/Competencies

• Understanding of architecture design and planning standards and principles.
• Strong illustration, typography, composition and design skills.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS & 3d Modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Team Player and multitasker to achieve expected results under time pressure.
• Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors/ master’s degree in architecture.

Experience: 3+ years’ experience as an Architect.
