Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop design concepts in coordination with clients and engineering teams.

3. Ensure designs meet local authority regulations and client requirements.
4. Participate in site visits and coordination meetings.
5. Collaborate closely with engineers (structural, MEP) to ensure design integrity.
6. Prepare project documentation for tendering and permit approvals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s is a plus).
