Qualifications

  • 8 years’ experience in a secretary/PA position with high-level executives.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman.
  • Organize and maintain appointments, travel, and documents.
  • Liaise with visitors and assist during meetings.

Job description

A progressive diversified group of companies whose HQ is based in the heart of Jeddah – KSA is currently seeking an experienced PA to Chairman.

The daily duties for this position are listed as follows:

  1. Work closely with the Chairman to provide administrative and secretarial support
  2. Meeting and greeting visitors/guest liaison at all levels of seniority
  3. Organizing, scheduling, maintaining and making appointments
  4. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  5. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  6. Note taking and providing general assistance during presentations and meetings
  7. Responsibility for accounts and budgets

Language Requirements:

English - Fluent / Excellent
Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Own a Car

Any

Have Driving License

Any

Job Skills:

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

  1. Willingness to travel 50% of the time
  2. Traveling the majority of the time between Geneva and Saudi - Based in Geneva and will be traveling with the Chairman at any time
  3. The candidate should be bilingual, fluent in Arabic and English and French would be an advantage
  4. 8 years’ worth of experience in a secretary/PA position dealing with high level executives
