We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Arabic speaking PA/Administrative Assistant to join a world-class architecture & design organisation.

Location of the job:
Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Language requirements for the job:
Fluency in Arabic & English is essential.

Job responsibilities of the Arabic speaking PA/Administrative Assistant:
As the group Arabic speaking PA/Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to the growing team who are working on some of the highest-profile architectural projects across Saudi Arabia.

Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Provide full PA support to General Manager, including calendar management, meeting and travel arrangements, expense report filing, credit card reconciliations, and any other tasks as required.
  2. Support the wider team with travel arrangements, including potentially detailed and complex travel plans.
  3. Provide general administrative support to team members as required e.g., meeting coordination.
  4. Ensure the office and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
  5. Responsible for office seating plans.
  6. Greet visitors, answer the phone, manage meeting room bookings.
  7. Submit office-related vendor invoices to the finance team for payment.
  8. Support our GRO in managing office-related vendor relationships.
  9. Support with the arrangement of office socials.
  10. Support the GRO in welcoming new hires e.g., ensuring they have a desk and suitable IT equipment.
  11. Additional tasks as directed by the General Manager or Government Relations Officer.

The successful candidate background:
  1. Fluency in Arabic & English is essential.
  2. Demonstrable experience in a similar administrative role, including providing PA/EA support.
  3. Experience in making complex travel arrangements.
  4. Proactive, able to look ahead and foresee requirements.
  5. Willing to assist, no matter how small the task.
  6. Comfortable in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
  7. Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of InDesign would be an advantage.
  8. Great attention to detail.
  9. Experience handling sensitive material with discretion and confidentiality.
  10. Be able to live and work in KSA without restriction.

Salary, benefits:
Excellent - SAR 180,000 - 280,000 negotiable salary and benefits.
