Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and organized Appointment Setter to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services and schedule appointments for the sales team
Use scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and decision-making process
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and appointment information
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or text to confirm scheduled appointments
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and conversion
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets
Handle objections and rejections professionally to keep leads engaged
Provide feedback on script effectiveness and lead quality
Requirements:
Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or cold caller is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
