As part of this strategic growth, they are seeking a talented and experienced Application Support Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience
  2. Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting software related to banking environments.
  3. Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of Banking Regulations: Understanding of business and technical requirements related to IT in the banking sector (Credit card cycle, interest, API, etc.)
  5. Incident Management Expertise: Experience in using ticketing systems for tracking and resolving incidents effectively.
  6. Advanced Networking Knowledge: Understanding of configuration, routing, and protocols specific to banking operations.
  7. Scripting and Automation Skills: Ability to write scripts (e.g., SQL) to automate maintenance tasks and improve efficiency.
  8. Certifications: SQL, Linux, or ITIL certifications.
