Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Oracle Development Team and end-users, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Oracle Applications, including Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Work closely with business users to understand their requirements, issues, and feedback, and translate these into actionable tasks for the Oracle development team.
- Lead the analysis, design, and improvement of Oracle-based systems, ensuring that new features and enhancements align with both business objectives and user needs.
- Assist in the development, modification, and customization of Oracle Forms and Reports, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new releases, ensuring compatibility and system integrity.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize the effectiveness and adoption of Oracle Applications across the organization.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying opportunities for improvements and recommending solutions.
- Ensure the Oracle environment aligns with the company’s vision and goals, promoting efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Good Functional Understanding and Implementation Experience HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Finance (GL, AR, AP, Bank, Employee).
- Proven experience working with Oracle Forms 12c and Oracle Reports 12c in a support or development capacity.
- Strong background in system analysis and system design, with the ability to gather business requirements, propose technical solutions, and work across teams to implement them.
- Experience acting as a bridge between technical teams and end-users, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases 19c and PL/SQL scripting.
- Experience with Oracle Developer Suite, SQL*Plus, and other Oracle development tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite is an advantage.
- Comfortable with Oracle Cloud environments is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in Oracle Applications or Oracle Database Administration is a plus.
- Experience in managing projects or working in an agile development environment is desirable.
