The Application Specialist will use their healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure successful, standard, and timely contracting and implementation of InterSystems products. They will become an expert in Billing/Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management & Claims resources for customers, understanding customer processes, assessing the best-fit solutions, and advising on optimal implementation strategies to maximize benefits while minimizing customer-specific work. It is essential to stay updated with new product developments through the product release cycle. The role requires visiting customer sites and may involve regular travel, potentially up to 5 days away from home each week.
