The Application team provides operational support to our network of clients and end-users to guarantee their projects’ success at every stage through a premium customer experience. They provide sound system design support to venues, system engineers, audio consultants, and architects using our proprietary software: Soundvision. The Application Project team also provides on-site support to system and mixing engineers during festivals, tours, special events, musicals, and more.

The Application Engineer, Saudi Arabia reinforces all project activities through their established technical expertise and experience in the fixed installation and touring sound field. Using comprehensive knowledge of our products and their applications, the Application Engineer provides a vital technical support link between our project managers, our sales department and our customers alike.

Responsibilities

1. Brand representation within the field of fixed Installation and Touring in the Saudi Arabian Market
2. Maintain and develop relationships with key Saudi Arabian consultants and engineers.
3. Market development through outstanding technical expertise for consultants, integrators, venue owners and end users.
4. Provide Sound system theory, practice, safe operation training development and administration.
5. Provide Sound system design, specification and documentation for Install and Touring applications.
6. Sound system commissioning, measurement and verification.
7. Realize on-site acoustical and mechanical verification/measurement.
8. Conduct training and product demonstration.
9. Elaborate and conduct technical presentations.
10. Support for Products, applications, safe operation and software.
11. Provide written technical mission reports.

Skills & Experience

The Application Engineer must develop professional relationships with consultants, contractors and engineers and draw upon this experience in order to direct the appropriate advice and support. He possesses expert knowledge of sound design modeling and measurement procedures.

1. Minimum 8 years of work experience in Pro Audio industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian Installation and Touring Pro Audio market.
3. Bachelor/Master/Engineering Degree preferred.
4. Experienced in modeling (EASE) and common measurement tools (SMAART) preferred.
5. Practical PA system design and operation for touring and/or corporate touring market.
6. Experienced in AUTOCAD preferred.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills.
