In this role, you will:- Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build business plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business.- Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates.- Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.- Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.- Build a community of dedicated Apple customers who will come back to consult on future Apple purchases.- Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your store; this includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.- Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.- Provide insightful feedback that will help to further develop and improve upon Apple Shop performance, working together with partner store leadership to achieve and improve results and drive lasting impact.
