Appian Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in MariaDB, BPMN Modeling, Appian RPA, Appian AI, Appian Solution Development, and J2EE. Additionally, experience in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains is essential. This role will involve developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using MariaDB, BPMN Modeling, Appian RPA, Appian AI, Appian Solution Development, and J2EE.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design and development of complex applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and robustness of software solutions.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Appian RPA and AI.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate extensive experience with MariaDB, BPMN Modeling, Appian RPA, Appian AI, Appian Solution Development, and J2EE.
• Showcase a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains.

Certified Appian Developer, MariaDB Certified Database Administrator, J2EE Certification
