We are seeking talented KSA nationals for our Strategic Consulting Early Career Program. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to launch your consulting career while working on high-impact projects that shape the Kingdom's business landscape. As an Analyst, you will support client engagements across various industries while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and gather data to support client projects
2. Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends and insights
3. Prepare client presentations, reports, and other deliverables
4. Assist in developing strategic recommendations for clients
5. Collaborate with team members on problem-solving initiatives
6. Support senior consultants during client meetings and workshops
7. Contribute to internal knowledge development
8. Complete required training modules and certification programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields preferred)
• Saudi national
• Excellent academic record (minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 or equivalent)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• 3 Years of experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential and extracurricular achievements
