Qualifications

Job description

Work Location: KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available Analyst, Production Planning located in Jubail.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Prepares Production Plans with interference in supply chain, Marketers & Operations of Polymer and Chemical assets to foster and balance a decision-making process for all stakeholders via Sales and Operation Planning Process (S&OP) to ensure optimum levels of production.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Illustrating Polymer and Chemical Production planning to all stakeholders to ensure that Yearly Grade-Wise Split of the business needs are in line with the Business plan along with the stage of “Sales & Operation Planning” (S&OP) process.
  2. Monitor JV’s off-takers at the appropriate level to support and ensure the execution and smooth flow resulting in (S&OP) compliance and the accuracy of supply-demand of the products.
  3. Monitoring & maintaining the off-takers performance and compliance as per the OTA (off-take agreements).
  4. Maintains IBP module in SAP and ensures that all required production data is entered accurately and on a timely basis.
  5. Alignments in SBU PetChem budget cycle between Manufacturing and business in terms of grade-wise level.
  6. Monitor JV’s customer complaints process to ensure balancing maximum customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
  7. Collaborate & align with the stakeholders to define and execute common business processes and objectives to benefit the Joint ventures.
  8. Monitor the day-to-day Planning & Scheduling activities to achieve high performance results, meet established targets and objectives.
  9. Provides analysis and data reports to management and other departments.
  10. Assists in determining financial methods and prepares statistical reports.
  11. Track, maintain, analyze, and provide S&OP compliance and supply accuracy of key performance indicators (KPIs).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical or industrial engineering related to business needs.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience related to the petrochemical industry.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, PH, and Karl Fischer titration.
