This role supports JLL's Hotels and Hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, focusing on market analysis, property valuation, and client advisory services for hotel assets and developments within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research and competitive analyses for hotel properties and hospitality assets in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Support senior team members in preparing valuation reports and feasibility studies.
  3. Gather and analyze financial data, market trends, and performance metrics for hospitality properties.
  4. Assist in preparing client presentations and reports.
  5. Contribute to strategic advisory projects related to hospitality investments in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
  6. Support hotel operator selection processes and brand evaluations.
  7. Help maintain databases of market intelligence and transaction data.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hospitality consulting assignments.
Required Qualifications
  1. Saudi National
  2. 3 years of relevant professional experience in hospitality, real estate, finance, or consulting
  3. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
  4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  6. Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  7. Knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market and Vision 2030 initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
  2. Understanding of hotel operations and performance metrics
  3. Prior experience with major hotel brands operating in the Middle East
  4. Familiarity with real estate investment analysis
