Work Location: KSA > Jubail

Job Purpose

Manages and supports the Monomer maintenance group to ensure effective utilization of SAP PM system.

Role responsibilities:

• Works as SAP power user supporting SAP PM and MM gaps and analysis.
• Prepare purchase order / service entry sheets report to assure timely job execution and timely contractor payment
• Prepare and support in the yearly department and plant budget to optimize department budget
• Holds KPIs meeting for review/action
• Contribute data for finalizing the maintenance department annual budget.
• Support for collecting and analyzing department cost saving.
• Report the emergency work order on daily basis
• Resolve routine planning issues and problems related to the assigned area for planning work and activities
• Support Plant planners during SD and vacation
• Analyze OT hours and manpower capacity
• Support maintenance specialist for PM plan implementation method and strategy.
• Suggest cost control/saving ideas.
• Report CM, PM cost per plant on a bi-weekly basis and compare actual monthly budget with planned cost.
• Participate in Benchmarking, data gather all required data base information.
• Analyze and monitor Maintenance KPIs and recommend improvement when required.
• Lead accrual list preparation with help from area planner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and control, within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Ensure compliance with EHSM, IMRS and responsible care.
• Reporting and preparing for the department monthly presentation

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma degree with 10 years of relevant experience
