An established industry player in the oil and gas sector is seeking a dedicated Performance Analyst to enhance employee competency through tailored training programs. In this role, you will assess training needs across departments, design and adjust curricula, and contribute to staff development and retention. To carry out employee competency assessments and compare them against set criteria for developmental programs to ensure alignment and performance progress.
Competency evaluations help businesses tailor training and development programs to individual and organizational needs by identifying strengths and areas for improvement. This contributes to staff development, engagement, and retention.
Determine training needs and develop programs for new business client areas as requested by clients.
Design and adjust curricula to meet the needs of the company.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with all departments for technical and soft skills requirements identification.
BA in Business Administration or BSc Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience.
