The Job in a Nutshell

The AML CFT Officer investigates, monitors, and manages suspicious financial activity to prevent abuse of financial systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

1. Develop, implement, and maintain anti-money laundering programs.
2. Ensure compliance with AML regulations and relevant legislation.
3. Implement risk assessment frameworks for products, services, and clients.
4. Clear assigned cases within TAT with accurate decisions.
5. Conduct CDD/EDD for reporting to FIU.
6. Maintain records of high-risk customers and report suspicious activities.
7. Coordinate inspections and audits.
8. Make compliance recommendations based on audits.
9. Report to senior management on AML policies and procedures.
10. Assess financial activity risks and monitor high-risk activities.
11. Communicate with regulators and auditors.
12. Collaborate with compliance teams on AML requirements.
13. Build reports on business health and risk mitigation.
14. Review data to ensure AML compliance.
15. Investigate alerts and ensure clearance within TAT.
16. Analyze customer transactions and identify suspicious activities.
17. Document case decisions and prepare transaction summaries.

What Are We Looking For

• Saudi National
• Bachelor's in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years in AML within SAMA-licensed companies
• Strong knowledge of compliance and SAMA regulations
• Languages: English and Arabic
