Job Summary:
As an Ambassador V - Security Guard at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, you will be at the forefront of ensuring safety and security throughout the park. Your responsibilities will include monitoring park premises, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service to guests. This role demands a vigilant mindset and the ability to act decisively in various situations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Job-Specific Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious behavior and potential safety hazards.
Respond promptly to security alerts, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate actions as outlined in procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a courteous manner.
Assist in controlling access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
Monitor surveillance systems and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or anomalies.
Enforce park rules and regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
Document incidents accurately and maintain logs of security activities during shifts.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Participate in emergency response drills and training exercises to prepare for potential incidents.
Provide first aid support and assistance as necessary.
Support teamwork and communication within the security department and other park areas.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong observational skills to identify potential security threats and hazards.
Ability to handle challenging situations with poise and professionalism.
Effective verbal communication skills for interaction with guests and team members.
Problem-solving skills to address incidents and emergencies efficiently.
Basic proficiency in using surveillance equipment and technology.
Physical fitness for the demands of patrolling and responding to incidents.
Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
