Job description

The Ambassador - Office Services will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to the employees of Six Flags Qiddiya City. They will be responsible for various office services, including managing office supplies, coordinating meeting rooms, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and serving area, including handling and storing food properly.
  • Maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies, and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the Office Services team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and water, to guests and employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and efficient workflow.
  • Support the planning and execution of various office events, meetings, and conferences. This may involve setting
  • up and arranging the necessary equipment and ensuring the availability of food and beverages as required.
  • Ensure proper waste management practices are followed in the kitchen and serving area.
  • Carry on other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate office environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
