### �️ **Aluminum Fabrication Supervisor / Production Manager**� **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia � **Preference:** Indian nationals already based in Saudi (Transferable Iqama)#### **About the Role**We are a fast-growing aluminum fabrication business specializing in windows, doors, curtain wall systems, and custom architectural solutions. We are looking for a **hands-on, experienced leader** to head our workshop and on-site fabrication teams.#### **Key Responsibilities**- Supervise and lead aluminum fabrication technicians and installers- Interpret architectural & shop drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)- Coordinate production schedules, material planning, and quality control- Ensure safety compliance and efficient resource management- Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines#### **Requirements** Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum fabrication (windows, curtain walls, etc.) At least 2 years in a **supervisory or production lead** role Strong knowledge of fabrication machines, assembly procedures, and tools Transferable Iqama (mandatory) Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is a bonus)#### **What We Offer**� Competitive salary (based on experience) � Accommodation or housing allowance � Transportation allowance � Career growth in a scaling company � Immediate joining preferred
