Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individual for the position of Primary COMSEC Manager and Alternate COMSEC Manager.

Job Description :

Summary : Provide subject matter expertise to perform the following tasks: account for, maintain, issue, and destroy COMSEC material and equipment in support of secure interoperability between the United States and overseas entities. Managers will provide formal and informal training to component personnel on the operation of the prime equipment and system.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
  1. Manage the U.S. / FMS COMSEC account, including receipt, custody, issue/distribution, safeguarding, accounting, and destruction of classified and non-classified COMSEC devices and keying material.
  2. Maintain up-to-date records and submit all required accounting reports, ensuring thorough knowledge of handling procedures.
  3. Protect COMSEC material, limit access to authorized individuals, and stay informed of any new or modified requirements.
  4. Conduct inventories semiannually and upon new manager appointment, reconcile with the Central Office of Record (COR).
  5. Pass annual audits performed by designated authorities.
  6. Perform routine destruction and other disposition of COMSEC material as directed.
  7. Ensure proper packaging and inspection of all shipped and received COMSEC material.
  8. Maintain strict control and tracking of all accountable COMSEC material.
  9. Establish procedures for keying material control during shift changes and transfers.
  10. Issue COMSEC material to authorized personnel with proper briefings and documentation.
  11. Perform security audits and inspections periodically.
  12. Serve as liaison with other COMSEC accounts and organizations.
Requirements :
  • Minimum two years’ experience working abroad as a COMSEC Manager.
  • Graduate of formal COMSEC training from an appropriate service and NSA COMSEC course.
Security Requirements :
  • Active Secret or higher clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship, valid passport, no felony convictions, willing to pass drug screening.
Skills :
  • Ability to develop and deliver COMSEC training.
  • Knowledge of Defense Messaging Systems (DMS) and troubleshooting secure telephone systems.
  • Experience with Electronic Keying Management Systems (EKMS), Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), and related software.
  • Proficiency in loading and transferring electronic keys using various COMSEC devices and software.
  • Experience with COMSEC equipment like KIV-77/KIV-78, KY-100M, and others.
  • Ability to load IFF and GPS systems, perform OTAT, and possess computer skills in MS Office.
  • Background in tactical data links.
Physical Requirements :

Willing and able to sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk.

Communication :

Excellent customer service skills, both in person and via phone, with strong command of English.
